    I gave this place another try when I was pregnant because it was one of the few massage places in the area that offered reflexology for pregnant folks. (Some believe that reflexology can induce labor or cause miscarriage.) The service has improved significantly over the years. All of the massage therapists I've had here recently have been excellent, whether it was a full-body massage, foot massage, or chair massage. My only issue is the up-selling. Either the receptionist or massage therapist will try and talk me into buying more time or an add-on even after I tell them no.

    Olivia was amazing!! She was very mindful and thorough throughout my whole massage. I loved the different techniques she used and she was very personable!! this is most definitely my new massage place

    Best massage in the DMV. Have been coming to refresh (and sister property ballston therapeutic) for 20 yrs and they are consistently excellent at kneading out my knots. Highly recommend!
